Product Description This product is made from Australian Green Apples that are cored, sliced, and then dried. Shredded green apple further goes into a hammer mill to resemble a crumble of irregular sizes approx range 1-5mm. Dried fruits are packaged in bulk packs.

Use: Product is intended for either direct consumption for consumer or as an ingredient in further production. Source Fruit: All fruit sourced are from Australian producers only that are approved. As such the dried product is stated as being wholly grown and produced as an Australian product. Fruit is inspected to remove any immature or overripe units and any extraneous foreign matter. They are further inspected during processing to remove blemished or damaged fruit and then dried. After drying the fruit is further inspected and packaged. All varieties are acceptable provided the bins are suitably labeled however Granny Smiths are the preferred variety and majority sourced.
